This one looks a lot better than that other one. The gameplay is supposed to be similar to the Mass Effect games. I watched a discussion about it on the game's Steam page where they had an interview with one of the developers. Steam shows the release date as "Coming Soon". It's single player only, and some of the actors from the series are reprising their roles.

That looks good, a real game based on it. That trailer is all cinematics, but if the game is anything like that I'll want it (assuming it runs). I'll be waiting for it with bated breath, 12:01 AM on release day
