Amazon Screwup

I ordered some essentials from Amazon since it was cheaper than the local grocery stores where half the time it's either out of stock or limited quantity. There were two orders and neither arrived despite saying it had been left on the porch. There was no picture taken either of the delivery location like they usually do. So I get on with the chat bot and the problem gets resolved right away with a replacement order. Except that it was only showing one order being replaced when I checked my orders status despite the chat bot saying both would be replaced. So I get back on with the chat bot and go through the hoops again until it reached a point where I could elaborate on the situation. The bot couldn't deal with that so it offered to hand me off to a human, which is what I wanted. Sourandra (that was her name) was a lot slower than the chat bot but she finally resolved it, she said they couldn't replace the other order but that she could issue credit via an Amazon gift card or refund to my card. I went with credit since I'd be reordering it anyway and a CC refund could take a while.
